Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I receive eCards sent to myself or to other people in my company?

Answer:

When you send an eCard, CorpNote uses your email address as the 'from ' and 'reply to' email address.

Your email administrator might have an email filter in place that is blocking incoming emails that say they're from a company email address, but are recognized as being sent from another email server. While this is a legitimate practice for third-party email services like CorpNote, it's also a trick that's used by spammers.

You will need to contact your email administrator and ask them to allow (white list) email from the CorpNote server. Depending on your email setup, your email administrator can white list the CorpNote.com domain, and optionally create an SPF record for CorpNote.com, which tells other recipients that CorpNote is authorized to send email on your company's behalf.

Our network ID address is 63.87.227.160/27. To set up an SPF record, they can reference the TXT record for corpnote.com which is: "v=spf1 ip4:63.87.227.160/27 ip4:63.123.237.0/24 a mx ~all"
